Also running SKSE and an ENB amongst the other mods listed. I'm running at maximum settings bar 4x AA, 1920x1080.
Tried everything but nothing seems to work bar loading an old save game, it seems that as my time in game progresses the accessible areas decrease like the world is being swallowed by a black hole. Initially the game worked fine, and I could travel to any location without incident, now when trying to enter certain areas like brandy-mug farm, the game crashes when I get within a certain radius, eg if I were to exit Windhelm after fast travelling there, the game would crash.
